What are the advantages of a solid state control fryer?
• Greater Temperature Control - With a plus or minus 16°C reactivity from a 180°C set temperature, milivolt
controls offer a more accurate and precise control of the heating temperature. A more precise temperature results in a more
consistent quality of the product being fried. A solid state thermostat reacts much faster than the traditional than the traditional
thermostat which can be at least 15% out.
• Longer Oil Life - Over-temperature as a result of inaccurate thermostatic control can drastically degrade oil quality.
• Safety - A more accurate millivolt controller is less likely to result in over-temperature of the oil, making it safer to operate.
