• Delivery may take anything between 3 to 6 Weeks.
• Customers may only make use of one voucher code per booking.
• The voucher is only applicable at Alpaco Catering & Equipment.
• Voucher may not be transferred nor exchanged for cash.
• Voucher only valid for 1 month from date of receipt.
• Vouchers May not be stacked.
• Vouchers must be used in full.
• Customer is liable for any additional costs over and above voucher value.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers

1. Eligibility:

   • Only valid gift vouchers issued by Alpaco Catering & Equipment can be redeemed.
   • Expired vouchers cannot be used.
     
     

2. Redemption Policy:

   • Only one gift voucher can be used per transaction or order.
   • Multiple gift vouchers cannot be combined or stacked in a single order.
     
     

3. Usage Restrictions:

   • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
   • Some products or services may be excluded from voucher redemption; please refer to the product-specific terms.
     
     

4. Non-Transferable:

   • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient.
     
     

5. Non-Refundable:

   • Once redeemed, the value of the gift vouchers is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
     
     

6. Partial Use:

   • If the total value of the voucher exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance cannot be carried over or redeemed for cash.
     
     

7. Fraud Prevention:

   • Alpaco Catering & Equipment reserves the right to void any vouchers used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
     
     

8. Amendments:

   • Alpaco Catering & Equipment reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using a gift voucher, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, including the stipulation that only one gift voucher can be used per order.
