Terms & Conditions: Updated For 2025

    1. We are committed to efficient and timely delivery, with orders typically fulfilled within 3 to 6 weeks, depending on various factors. While we make every effort to dispatch gift card-based vouchers as quickly as possible—striving to deliver them within this timeframe—unforeseen external factors may occasionally cause delays.
    2. Only one voucher code can be used per booking.
    3. The voucher is only valid for purchases at Alpaco Catering & Equipment.
    4. Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    5. Vouchers are valid for 1 month from the date of receipt.
    6. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
    7. Vouchers must be redeemed in full.
    8. The customer is responsible for any additional costs exceeding the voucher value.
    9. Delivery charges may apply.
    10. By using this voucher, you are automatically subscribed to our mailers.

Additional Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers

    • Only valid gift vouchers issued by Alpaco Catering & Equipment can be redeemed.
    • Expired vouchers cannot be used.

  2. Redemption Policy:

    • Only one gift voucher can be used per transaction or order.
    • Multiple gift vouchers cannot be combined or stacked in a single order.

  3. Usage Restrictions:

    • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.
    • Some products or services may be excluded from voucher redemption; please refer to the product-specific terms.

  4. Non-Transferable:

    • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the original recipient.

  5. Non-Refundable:

    • Once redeemed, the value of the gift vouchers is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  6. Partial Use:

    • If the total value of the voucher exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining balance cannot be carried over or redeemed for cash.

  7. Fraud Prevention:

    • Alpaco Catering & Equipment reserves the right to void any vouchers used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

  8. Amendments:

    • Alpaco Catering & Equipment reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using a gift voucher, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, including the stipulation that only one gift voucher can be used per order.
